JBS is currently seeking Face to Face Interpreters based in Near Thomasville areas.

Appropriate applicants must have a high level of English, and be fluent (native level) in the language(s) they want to interpret in. 

Essential Requirements:
 

·   Minimum experience of 6 months.

·   Be eligible to work in the United States.

·   Excellent communication and organization skills.

·   Own a mobile phone and have ongoing access to internet and       email as well as ability to travel 20+miles.

·   Be able to provide an accurate, confidential and impartial            service.

·   Confident, enthusiastic and professional attitude.

·   High school diploma or equivalent is required – undergraduate     degree preferred

·   Two work references.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 *   You will be responsible for always providing a high level of customer service to clients via Phone,          email and Chat.

 *   Work closely with other teams when needed

 *   You must be fluent (verbal and written) in English and either French, Portuguese or Spanish to be          considered for this role.

 *   Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

 *   Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

 *   Able to handle a variety of different customer complaints

 *   Flexible schedule as you may work evenings, weekends and holidays if needed

 *   Previous customer service experience is NOT required.

 *   Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
 *   Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in data and problem solving skills

 *   Experience in a fast paced data entry environment
 *   Ability to work flexible hours under minimal supervision
 *   IT help desk background and customer services experience
 *   Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft Suite, Windows and Outlook
