Technical/Office Requirements

These are some of the technical requirements:

1.       Your own home office

This home office must be setup in an area of your personal home residence (no alternate locations).

This home office must meet our minimum requirements:

• Behind a closed door

• 100% noise-free, 100% of your shift

2.       What equipment will I need in my home office?

• Home phone line (landline telephone service) – this must be installed and ready to use to take incoming calls on your first day of work

• A home phone, that plugs into your home phone line (this home phone must be able to be plugged into a phone headset)

• High speed corded internet

• Corded Internet modem (plugs into your wall to provide you internet service)

• Corded Internet router (separate from the modem, that plugs into your modem, and also into your computer)

• A telephone headset – this headset plugs into your phone, must be corded, hands-free, with volume control, and a mute button

• A USB headset that plugs into your computer, which will be used for the first several weeks of your new job.

20 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space

Mac Requirements

• Macs must have an Ethernet port • MacBook Air and Mac USB-C ports will not be supported • Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows MUST be installed.
